We offer Free Estimates for replacement of equipment. Our primary brand is American Standard . We will come to your home , evaluate your current equipment and duct work and measure your home to correctly size the capacity of the new system.We will make our recommendations and provide a quote to fit your needs. Our goal is to educate the consumer on equipment efficiency, basic air filtration and air leakage in your home. Studies show that duct and air leakage can cause up to 30% of energy consumption. We want our customers to be informed and be able to compare pricing (apples to apples) with other contractors if needed. We have nothing to hide and truly want your business.

A contract will be written and all details (scope of work, equipment model numbers, payment method etc.) will be in writing to guarantee you receive what is on the proposal . Typical system take 1 day to install with an additional day to complete a duct system. All systems will be permitted by the city where work is done and the cost will be included in the quote. A 25% deposit is required at time of contract signing with remainder due upon completion of work. Our Texas Air Conditioning Contractors License # is TACLB12445C. and a certificate of insurance is available upon request.

The typical install will take aprox. 1 day to complete. We will provide floor coverings and advise you on what furnishings may need to be moved for us to complete our install. Please turn off the sprinklers on the day of our install. We will remove all trash, debris and old equipment related to our job . After start up of equipment we will instruct the homeowner on what to expect from their system and explain how to operate the new thermostat. We will follow up with a Fall or Spring check depending what time of year the equipment was installed. We want you to know that we guarantee our work and want your satisfaction.
