One System is $79.00. Additional Systems are $65.00 each.

• Check electrical wiring, components, and disconnect
• Check normal sequence of operation
• Check blower motor bearings and amp draw
• Check temperature rise across unit
• Check safety controls
• Check gas pressure and adjust if needed
• Check for carbon monoxide (CO) leaks
• Check burner operation

Electric Furnance and Heat Pump Service also includes:

• Check heat element operation
• Check defrost and emergency heat operation
• Check OD coil and rinse if needed

• Check that air filter and ID Coil are clean
• Check electrical wiring, components, and disconnect
• Check normal sequence of operation
• Check fan motor bearings and amp draw
• Check Compressor amp draw
• Check System pressures and temperatures (refrigerant level)
• Check OD coil and rinse if needed

$148 for the first system and $130 for each additional system.
